Each session carries a special meaning and a special goal for me, as a photographer. Of course, my job is to capture a variety of beautiful portraits that my client's will hopefully adore, but most importantly I want to be able to create a relaxing hour of fun, filled with laughs and memories! With that, I would like to share my first feature on a family session.
The "Written" series is dedicated to capturing family moments and stories through photos. My first blog post about this series, is a feature on a family that has trusted me with capturing their family on more than one occasion. It's so amazing to be able to see them, and capture their family change and grow, each year.
Meet the Sandhu's. Sunny, Sheryl and their little box of sunshine, Dev - have been a favourite of mine to shoot, since they first booked me for a Mommy & Me, mini session, a few years ago. Since then, it's become a yearly tradition in May/June, that I get to photograph them as a family! It is such an honour that they trust me to capture love every year!
This year's session, we decided to shoot at Queen Elizabeth Park in Vancouver and I am so excited to share some of my favourites from the session.
